かがやき隊員の奥田です！先日の１２月１６日に雲ケ畑小中学校で行われました『さじきの里』。

クリスマスやお正月が近づく中，令和３年の開催としては最後になります。

まずは冷えた身体を温めましょう。体操のお時間です(*^-^*)！！

I’m Okuda, a member of the Kagayaki team! “Sajikinosato” was held at Kumogahata Elementary

and Junior High School on December 16.As Christmas and New Year approach, it will be the last

time in the 3rd year of Reiwa. First, let’s warm the cold body. It’s time for exercise (*^-^*)！！

歌にあわせて体操です。足を開いて，閉じて，腕を上げて，てのひらを叩いて・・・と大忙し。

歌を口ずさみながら，楽しく体操ができました(^^♪　身体が温かくなってきましたね。

Exercise to the song. I’m busy with my legs open, closed, my arms raised, and my palms tapped.

I enjoyed doing gymnastics while singing a song(^^♪ The body became warmer.

お腹や背中の筋肉が衰えると，腰が痛くなるそうですΣ(゜゜)

座ってできる腹筋と背筋の鍛え方を実践。椅子に深く腰掛けて，足を上げる・・・皆さんできますか？

また，歩行中に躓かないようにするために，足の指を閉じて，開くを繰り返すのも有効なんだとか。

When the muscles of the abdomen and back weaken, it seems that the lower back hurtsΣ(゜゜)

Practice how to train the abdominal muscles and back muscles that you can sit down.

Sit deep in a chair and raise my legs … can you guys? Also, it is effective to close and open

the toes repeatedly to prevent them from stumbling while walking.

後半は工作の時間です。背景が赤いものか黒いものを選び，フェルトできたクリスマスツリーを貼っていきます。

星の飾りつけや，毛糸，綿などもお好みでつけていくとのこと(^-^)/

ちなみにこの台紙の枠，割り箸を用いて作成されています！工夫が光るデザインですね！

The second half is work time. Choose a red or black background and stick

a felted Christmas tree.We also add star decorations, yarn, cotton, etc. to our liking(^-^)/

By the way,the frame of this mount is made using disposable chopsticks!

It’s a design that shines with ingenuity!

「どんなのにしようか～」「こうしたら綺麗なんちゃうか～」と最初はわいわい。

ですが，作業に入ると皆さん真剣な表情に・・・。皆さんそれぞれに個性が光るとても面白い工作でした！

いくつかお写真を撮らせていただいたので，ご紹介します。本当に綺麗にできています(￣ー￣)

“What should I do?” “Isn’t it beautiful like this?” Chatting happily. However,

when started working, everyone looked serious… It was a very interesting work which

each of they had a unique personality! I have taken some pictures, so I would like to

introduce them. It’s really beautiful(￣ー￣)

青色の毛糸をうまく巻き付けているものや，

A well-wound blue yarn,

なるほど！毛糸でリボン結びをしているものも！

So that’s it! Ribbon tying with yarn!

毛糸と綿を組み合わせているものや，

A combination of yarn and cotton,

あえて毛糸を切り分けて使っているものまで，本当に皆さんお上手でした(>_<)！

家に飾る方も，お孫さんに送るという方も，全員がとても楽しい時間を過ごすことができたようです。

見ているこちらまで笑顔になる工作でした。皆さん，ありがとうございました！

It seems that everyone, whether they were decorating the house or sending it to their

grandchildren, had a very good time. It was a work that made me smile.
