4月に入り、
気温の高いポッカポカ陽気が続き、次々と山菜が芽をだしてきました。

タラの芽も、昨日はまだ開いていないのに、今日行ってみると、開いてしまって・・・
旬の山菜を追い求めるのは難し〜い。

この時期にしか手に入らない、
ほろ苦い、でも爽やかでさっぱりした山菜たち。

Only available at this season,
Bittersweet, but refreshing and good smelled wild plants.

山の自然の恵みに今年も感謝です。

I am grateful for the blessings of nature in the mountains this year as well.

 

毎日いただいても、飽きがこない山菜。

I eat them every day, but I don’t get tired of them.
